Back to Life Computer Services & Repairs LLC (BTL Computers LLC) guarantees work for 60 days after pickup. If the problem with your device reoccurs within that timeframe, we will apply the previous charge to the new service provided. If there is an additional charge, you will be notified before the work is done.
BTL does not accept responsibility for any damage to your computer’s hardware or peripheral devices. Please remove all cables, CD’s, thumb drives, dongles, and other media before bringing in your device (except if you have a laptop, then please bring the power cord).
BTL does not accept responsibility for loss of personal data or installed software applications that may be on your computer’s hard drive. You are responsible for making sure that any critical data is backed up before bringing your computer in, and also for providing copies of any licensed software (if necessary) unless your reason for service is to do so.
BTL Technicians will work on your computer to the best of their abilities; however, BTL does not guarantee that its Technician will be able to solve the problems your computer is experiencing. In the event we cannot fix your computer, you will receive your device back free of charge. There may be a Disassemble/Reassemble fee of $40 that you will be responsible to pay before receiving your device back.
If communication is lost between parties after service has been completed, you will have 30 days to pick up your device. If you fail to pick up device within 30 days, you will be charged $2.00 a day storage fee for 30 more days. If 60 days goes by and you fail to contact BTL, your device becomes property of BTL and both parties agree that the device can be sold for payment of services.
A Service Agreement Document will be sent to you for confirmation. If you agree with everything on the document, please electronically sign and date at the bottom and submit. As soon as we are notified, we will begin the services. If you do not sign or prolong to sign, the services will PAUSE and there is a chance that any orders for parts will no longer be available or the price may be different than the price on Service Agreement document due to first-come-first-served policy with 3rd party seller.
